Water, salt, spices and flavorings, garlic, onion, sunflower oil, soybean oil, chicken flavoring(chicken, salt, sugar, onion), xanthan gum, beta-carotenol.
-Shake well. Pour marinade into a separate container to prevent contamination. Inject deeply into meat at several points for even distribution. Use 1-2 oz. per injection. Fry, bake, or smoke.
-For turkey: Inject 2oz. of marinade deep into each of the following locations: 1 each in legs, 2 each in thighs, 4 in breast.
-Cajun fried turkey: Deep fry whole turkey at 300 for 4 min. per pound. Remove from oil, drain and let stand 10-15 min. before serving.
-Refrigeriate after opening.
